The earlier SCOVA MEETING was held on 05-02-2014 at 16:00:00 PM under the CHAIRMANSHIP of the Ex-M.O.S. Hon'ble V.S. Narayanswami at THE VIGYAN BHAVAN ANNEXE COMMITTEE ROOM, New Delhi.
